Key Stakeholder Walkthrough
Solution Description
Walkthrough sessions are great learning opportunities for key stakeholders to understand how NetSuite was configured for each of the primary roles and processes being utilized for Go-Live. These are sessions intended for department heads in the key process areas where the Anchor Group consultant will walk through the process from end to end.
a. Introduce issue management system (if required)
b. Record to Report
c. Design to Build
d. Order to Cash / Return to Credit
e. Procure to Pay / Return to Debit
f. Create Test Plan for UAT
Note: Does not include unlimited Q&A to different communication methods. All Q&A requested via emails, breakout sessions, and other communication methods will be performed on a T&M basis that is not included in the scope of work estimated here, but it will follow Anchor Group change order policy.

- Process owners / key stakeholders need to provide Anchor Group with detailed user stories during the analyze stage of the project to guarantee specific use cases are tested during the build stage.

Anchor Group works on a time and material basis which means that you will be invoiced for the time actually consumed. This general estimate is based on the standard needs for the services described. Please reach out to your Anchor Group sales rep to make sure that each service item is correctly quoted for your specific use case.

- Number of NetSuite modules that need to be implemented

- Include conditions for certain scenarios
- Ability to know general technical architecture and flow of data
- Ability to provide detailed process flow maps for visuals (we recommend using LucidChart for this)
