Solution Description
Anchor Group has project managers that help keep a project on track. The project manager communicates with the client, provides frequent project status updates, helps track tasks internally, communicates with resource managers on developers and consultants, helps coordinate any team members with specialized knowledge in a NetSuite focus area, and works with solution architects. Anchor Group has standard percentages for project management.
Every project consists of approximately 25% project management-related tasks. All other project activities are totaled and then the percentage is added.

Estimate includes the following activities:
- Project management variance for project (adjusts based on the size of the project)
