Multi-recipient Email Notifications

Enable system generated emails, such as order email notifications, to be sent to multiple recipients. This customization creates additional recipient email address fields on the profile information tab, which enable you to send emails, such as order email notifications, to multiple recipients. This multi-recipient email notifications extension for SuiteCommerce includes verification, helping you ensure that the emails in the fields are valid email addresses.

Common Use Cases:

• Send order notification emails to internal personnel such as your fulfillment team, the account manager for the customer, or your AR team
• Send email notifications to multiple contacts for a B2B customer in addition to the contact who placed the order (ex. purchasing approver, or AP personnel)
