Solution Description
Companies with a shopping portal for their wholesale customers will sometimes need to limit the number of items they can purchase at a time due to limited stock levels and supply chain delays. For high-demand products that are difficult to source, eCommerce websites sometimes need to limit the allowable amount of products to purchase so enough customers can get products. This is a NetSuite solution is designed for both manual orders on the ERP & SuiteCommerce webstore orders. Limit the number of products for specific items (and for specific customers if desired) so that they are only able to purchase a certain amount of one item in a timeframe (e.g. Limit QTY of 20 hand sanitizer products every two weeks). You can have additional customizations for specific rules required to make the solution fit your specific business needs. This feature often requires specific requirements to accurately quote for different conditions and use cases.
