Create Quote from Cart

Enable customers to easily create quotes through your SuiteCommerce web store!

SuiteCommerce’s native quote functionality requires customers to add each item to a quote by the SKU. This extension adds a button to the cart view in SuiteCommerce, allowing customers to create a quote directly from their cart in SuiteCommerce.

Customers can shop normally, adding items to their cart as they browse, and then choose to either check out or use this button to create a quote from their cart. Upon clicking the create quote button, a quote record is created with all the items the customer had in their cart, and the shopping cart is then emptied.

Common Use Cases:

• Give customers the option to check out or create a quote from their cart
• Enable customers to create quotes more easily
• Provide a customer journey from browsing to quote that matches the standard shop experience
