Adaptive Facets

This adds a script that automates the creation or removal of a custom item field from the facet list and configuration using a custom record.  This record contains a simple “This is a facet” checkbox, which when checked/unchecked, adds/removes the item specification as a facet from both on the website setup record, and the website configuration record.
